All products are supplied flat with fold out instructions.

The contents of our website are protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. The owner of these rights is Mikro Limited. All products, logos, and trade names mentioned in our website are owned by Mikro Limited. You may download material from our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or simply to browse. However, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute, by any means or in any manner, any material or information on or downloaded from our website including but not limited to text, graphics, video, messages, code and/or software without our prior written consent.

POSTAGE AND PACKING COSTS

We are now sending all parcels by 1st Class and Airmail post which offers you great new low postal rates worldwide. Normal Airmail is as fast and secure as Signed For and includes basic insurance, we also found that the need for a signature caused some customers delivery delays. Orders over £100 will be sent by RecordedUK/Signed For International for added insurance.

Sterling amounts will be converted to Y at checkout. Special delivery options available via email request. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, normally within 3 days (subject to stock). Note: Your credit or debit card billing address (which you will need to enter on the payment page) will be used as the delivery address. If you require a different delivery address please e-mail your full address details after order confirmation to: deliveries@mikromart.com including the Worldpay transaction ID number.

Mikromart recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. Therefore we employ WorldPay to handle our transactions. WorldPay use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. You acknowledge that you have not entered into this agreement in reliance upon any statement, warranty or representation made by us or any other person and you irrevocably and unconditionally waive any rights to claim damages and/or to rescind these terms and conditions by reason of any misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation) that is not contained in the terms and conditions, data protection notice, legal notice, order form and payment method instructions. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by that version. Except in respect of a payment obligation, neither you nor us will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond your or our respective reasonable control. 1 Buying a Mikroman Product/s (the ‘Product/s/s’)

To order a Product/s you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our order page. Details of our prices for the Product/s, use of the Product, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our website. Any times or dates stated on our website for delivery are estimates only. We will make all reasonable effort to deliver the Product/s within the time specified, but does not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time. You must pay by credit card and or debit card at the time of order. The prices are exclusive of delivery costs and applicable taxes. We will be entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the Product/s will be correct, that the credit or debit card, which you use is your own, that you are over 18 and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card before providing you with any goods or services.

2 Use of the Product/s - Warning

The Mikro range of Product/s is a fold-up sculpture that should be used as a decorative product and not a toy. The Product has sharp edges and it is therefore not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.

3 Returns

You may return any Product/s you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including e-mail) within those 7 working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Product/s to us. While in your possession, you must keep any Product/s you intend to return to us in good condition. If the returned Product/s are not in good condition on their return we reserve the right to refuse the payment of a refund. If you have any complaints, or wish to send a legal notice you should direct them to us via e-mail only at complaints@mikromart.com.

4 Liability

We promise that for any Product/s you purchase from our website, we have the right to sell the Product/s to you; the Product/s will correspond with the description we have given to you; and the Product/s will be of satisfactory quality. We exclude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to any Product/s (including without limitation the Product/s), our website or any information or service provided through our website to the fullest extent permitted by law. The limitations and exclusions in this clause do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights and only apply to the extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales.
